Weekend-urile din sesiune sunt cel mai nerelaxante. Acesta a fost unul din ele de care am trecut cu bine, insa de maine incepe o saptamana si mai grea care o sa se incheie cu un sfarsit de saptamana si mai greu...dar asta e viata de student...

Pentru a ne mai relaxa putin ochii propun sa ne uitam impreuna la niste imagini cu bauturi, care sa ne faca sa visam la vacanta, mare, soare...

Sirop muguri de brad

Ingrediente: Muguri de brad cu lungimea de 3-4 cm, pentru fiecare 1 l suc cite 1 1/2 kg zahar..

Timp: 25 min.

Mod de Preparare: Acest sirop se prepara primavara, cind mugurii de brad au lungimea de 3-4 cm si culoarea verde.Mugurii curatati de codite, care au multa rasina se spala de praf cu apa rece, se pun intr-o oala smaltuita suficient de mare si se toarna apa cit sa depaseasca nivelul mugurilor inca odata cit volumul lor (la 1 kg muguri se pun cca 2 l apa).Se fierb cca o ora, pina cind se moaie bine. Dupa aceea se ia de pe foc oala si se lasa sa stea acoperita la rece 48 de ore iar daca este cald, numai 24 ore, ca sa se extraga cit mai bine din muguri sarurile minerale si uleiurile aromatice.Sucul se strecoara prin tifon dublu, asezat pe strecuratoare, presind mugurii ca sa se scurga tot sucul.Sucul se cintareste si, la 1 l suc, se va pune zahar ca si siropul de zmeura, in oricare varianta..
